RESPONSIBILITIES The resource will be joining an exciting Security Strategy and Transformation program with motivated talents, collaborating with various cyber security services teams & cloud infrastructure teams, and delivering strategic Cloud & Container Security projects to uplift the Banks global cloud security capabilities, reduce attack surface and build a world-class cyber organization.
Implement Cyber Security project in the Cloud Security space oversee the design of an end-to-end Service Operating Model and Target Architecture, manage the tool selection and onboarding process, lead the tool integration and go-live phase Engage with vendors to oversee the acquisition of new software solutions and extension of managed service contracts End-to-end IT Project Delivery Oversee projects from design to implementation including coordination of resources, project scope, business requirement documentation, benefits management plan, project status reporting, timelines monitoring, change management as well as post implementation audit reviews Risk Management setting up a risk management framework that allows early tracking of risk indicators and enables the timely mitigation, transfer or acceptance of specific risks to the project timelines, scope or budget Stakeholder & Dependency Management develop communication and engagement plan, understand and track key project dependencies and achieve buy-in from senior stakeholders on critical delivery items Financial Budget Responsibility manage financials through detailed planning and forecasting of cost hitting the project budget, continuous tracking of invoices and timesheets as well as coordinating adjustments if required Staff Development participate in recruitment of new staff, support staff training and development Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
