This is an opportunity for a talented and motivated Financial Planning Analyst professional to be part of DMI’s global FP&A team.

This role will be a key asset in the future growth of the company and you will play an important role in DMI s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects.

You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing analysis, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry / peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management.

This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal’ business decision making.

This role will require you to build, manage and retain a tight but smart team of India based financial analysts as DMI scales its business in North America, Europe and other parts of the world.

As a smart FP&A professional, you will be very capable of handling and intelligently analyzing a mountain of different types of data and data evaluation metrics.

You are expected to be a creative problem solver with a natural or cultivated talent for financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.

You will have a flair to decipher the various puzzle pieces that constitute a company’s finances and envision putting the pieces together to formulate a variety of possible growth scenarios.

You are expected to have advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and working with complex spreadsheets. You will have good to advanced exposure to statistical methods.

You will have the opportunity to advance your career and gain a solid understanding on how businesses are run in a structured manner, with an eye on tactical interventions as well as long-term strategic plans.


PRIMARY REQUIRED SKILLS 1 - 2 years’ of proven working experience as a financial and planning analyst and corporate finance Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis High proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets ( including advanced tools such as macros ), databases, MS Office and financial software applications Good sense of business environment and commercially savvy Excellent storytelling skills -

must be able to communicate or present ideas clearly and confidently, Should be a good listener to understand the business problems that need to be solved Strong attention to detail Comfortable in networking and liaising with a whole range of people across different lines of businesses Must be high on self-
