The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Based in Gurgaon, the Cloud GTM Strategy and Sales Operations Lead role is a critical member of the Cloud Go-To-Market Operations team.

You will be a thought and execution partner for our India Cloud Leadership team, think strategically and help drive best global practices into India.

You will help scale up our successful business in the region by helping Google define and execute strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of India GTM Strategy and Operations, you will be confident working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global executive environment.

  • Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs (e.g., strategic planning, business scaling, growth programs, quota setting, and performance improvement programs).
  • Support the Head of India GTM Strategy and Operations, by providing thought leadership to the Cloud Sales Leadership and cross-functional leaders, and jointly with them, develop the market’s business plan and go-to-market sales strategy and gain the required support to execute programs.
  • Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics and support in preparation of weekly / monthly business reviews for the sales teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive operational excellence (revenue, opportunity and health and performance metrics), across our growing Cloud teams in-market.
  • Ensure that stakeholders issues get resolved in a timely manner.

  • Align with cross-functional partners including Support, Vertical Solutions, Demand Execution, Revenue Programs, Finance, Marketing and HR.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in an Enterprise Software / SaaS sales organization.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, and / or having held Strategy / Sales Operations roles in an Enterprise Software firm.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading large programs and / or consulting projects in an Enterprise space.
  • Track record of influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
