About the Role : Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, validation of quotation price with Vendor Vendor Onboarding process, correction of vendor records and management.
Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation. Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.
Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures Support management reporting on Procurement KPIs,MIS activities.
Self-manage within assigned accountabilities What You’ll Need : Requisition-to-payment process experience, expediting experience , Buyer P2P expertise, Sourcing exposure , System improvement projects skillsets.
Minimum 2-4 year's experience in Procurement / Purchasing. Strong communication skills Good negotiation skills Highly organized and responsible.
