In three months :

  • Get to know our client and immerse yourself in their business
  • Ensure delivery of work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • In six months :

  • Have developed a good understanding of the client’s category
  • Be leading client WIPs and managing key relationships
  • In 12 months :

  • Be well-respected by your client for your knowledge and service
  • Have built a deep and influential relationship with day-to-day media contacts
  • Have contributed to the Mindshare culture through participation and behaviour that aligns to the Mindshare values
  • Have cemented your role within the team and contributed to the team delivery and success of a variety of client campaigns
  • What your day job looks like at Mindshare :

  • Deliver and execute best in class media plans, on time and with the know-how to manage your way through any bumps in the road
  • Understand all media channels (in particular the ever-changing TV / Screens landscape) with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each channel and the impact these have in delivering on the client objectives
  • Stay abreast of market trends and movements with regards to supply, innovation and technology, have a point of view and bring these to your planning solutions
  • Negotiations with media not just pushing down on price, but collaborating to drive innovation and add tangible value to clients
  • Identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why, linking media performance to business goals
  • What you’ll bring :

  • Knowledge of media channels
  • Knowledge of media industry planning tools, including; TV Map, RAM, Metis,
  • Knowledge of GroupM proprietary tools (eg : mKnowledge) preferred but not essential (all required training will be provided)
  • High levels of energy and a desire to deliver great work
  • A willingness to learn and desire to challenge yourself
  • Best in class attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects planning and implementation
  • A collaborative approach
  • Passion for the media industry and specifically the importance of investment in the process
  • Excellent client, team, and media relationships
  • A track record of a successfully implemented end to end campaigns
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 3 5 years experience media planning, adept knowledge of BARC, RAM, MAP and excel skills.
  • Undergraduate qualification in advertising, marketing, communication or similar field preferred but not essential
