Requirement

Must have : â?¢ Overall IT Experience 8+ years. â?¢ SM relevant Experience 2+ years with servant leadership skills. â?¢ Min 4 yrs development or Automation Testing experience (Manual Testing, PMO, Teaching, and non IT background not eligible) â?

¢ Deep understanding of all SDLC phases. â?¢ Good understanding of DoR, DoD and Estimation techniques. â?¢ Good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and best practices.

â?¢ Engineering tools / practices to deliver working software. â?¢ Facilitated all scrum events / ceremonies and tracked different metrics.

â?¢ Proven track record of leading the teams and making them self-organized. â?¢ Excellent communication and observations skills.

â?¢ Exposure to ALM tool (e.g. JIRA, Rally, TFS, Azure, VersionOne), Confluence, and Jenkins â?¢ Worked with product owners and other stakeholders to maintain healthy product back log.

â?¢ Developed a continuous improvement culture in the team. Good to have : â?¢ CSM / PSM / WSM / SAFe SM or any other industry standard certification is good to have â?

¢ Worked with teams distributed in different time zones. â?¢ Exposure to at least one scaling framework, CI / CD, Devops, XP practices, and GEMBA.

â?¢ Delivered training on different Agile and Scrum related topics. â?¢ Good knowledge of PDLC phases. Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai
