The project coordinator provides Program / Project Management administrative and coordination support to program / project managers throughout all phases of the project.
S / he is responsible for the coordination, management and organization of activities relative to each Project Management process area Integration, Scope, Cost, Time, Risk, Communication, Quality, Resource, and Procurement.
The coordinator ensures a consistent application of all Project Management and delivery methodology processes, tools, and documentation and that all program and project artifacts are retained in a central, standard repository.
