Support person responsible for different Products and provide solutions for environmental related issue to customers.
Minimum 2 of experience in managing cloud solutions such as Amazon Connect on AWS, Nice, Five9 or Genesys
Employ troubleshooting and scripting skills to improve the monitoring, observability, availability, performance, and security of our Services.
Familiarity with Basic networking concepts to troubleshoot connectivity issues
Evaluate new features from the perspective of our internal users
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Initiative and strong sense of ownership
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Database query skills
Familiarity with MS Office and databases
Interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player with customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
