As a member of the Global CRM Team, this role is responsible for developing and designing Einstein Analytics Dashboards to support the global commercial needs.
Data set creation and visualization to represent current state for sales revenue, CFE’s, Opportunities and KPI’s as needed for SFDC population.
The CRM BI / EA Analyst acts as the expert of Salesforce.com Einstein Analytics (EA) BI tool in terms of designing and building advanced and global analytics.
The BI Analyst will be responsible for understand business needs and translate them into a well designed analytics solution, always keeping the global mindset and design in mind.
Focus is CRM related analytics within and around the global Salesforce.com platform
Key accountabilities / responsibilities :
Building, designing, documenting and maintaining dashboards and reports (lenses) for the business, focused on analytics that is globally asked for and relevant
Supporting (Technical / advanced support) for dashboards and analytics built by the CRM Team (Tier3).
Participation in analytics projects and activities, also part of development and implementation projects to cover the analytics aspect.
Ensuring that training material exists and provide advanced training in Einstein Analytics to local super users.
Facilitate growth of the Einstein Analytics Network of super users - Sharing of best practices and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems or equivalent
Salesforce Technical or Domain Architect Certification preferred.
Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Advanced Administrator)
Experience in Salesforce EA
Deep experience with at least one Sales, Service or Community clouds.
Well versed with SDLC and Agile methodology.
