1.IC Role : Deliver projects within budget, with high quality, with agreed timeline and high client satisfaction.
2.Take ownership of incidents and their solutions.
3.Open to work in XP mode.
4.Ability to upskill in functional and technical subjects.
5.Be agile towards tasks and roles expected of her / him.
Exp range : 4 10 yrs
1. Understanding of Market Data, and Market Risk.
2. Ability to read and create Use Cases / Test Cases.
3. Can write formal requirement specs.
4. Good oral and written communication skills.
5. Has general IQ to quickly understand new and abstract concepts.
6. Has experience in Agile practices and tools (like Jira).
7. Can query DB.
1.Behavior Driven Development ( Cucumber).
