Responsible for Internal Plant audits, Certification audits, ISO Certification, Vendor audits & Market audits
Evaluate the defined specifications and provide recommendations to ensure that they are adequate to meet the quality standards
To lead TQM initiatives across the organization towards ensuring zero defect and zero customers complain of our products and services
Create a culture for conducting thorough CAPA activities
Establish QA systems at the supplier end to ensure supply of 100% defect-free components
Advance understanding of HACCP / Food Safety Management system
SPOC for all external agencies related to quality and certifications
Set up internal audit systems and provide leadership for in-process quality audit teams at the plant.
Be part of the initial technical feasibility study and approval process
Supplier qualification for development parts
Be the SPOC for customer complaints and ensure redressal thru plant quality and operations
Responsible customer / external audits and compliance across locations
Build quality-oriented culture thru the implementation of various quality systems
Responsible for employee training on quality systems
Identify, groom, reward, and develop high performers and future leaders
Advance Understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
Process and product knowledge of the Food Industry.
Experience in IPQA activities.
Audit quality testing and non-conformance reports.
Prepare various daily progress reports for tracking status of QA / QC activities at the site
Responsible for quality control and assurance procedures, quality testing at various phases of the project, and ensuring adherence to quality guidelines on the project site.
Communicate the Quality Control and Assurance Policy to internal teams.
Set QA / QC process at the site, audit regularly, maintain audit compliance and process.
Prepare quality checklists for every activity and include them in the quality management plan.
Establish testing procedures for various materials based on ISO guidelines, manage laboratory testing of major incoming material, analyze test results.
