Principal Sales Operations Analyst and be responsible for assisting in the migration of our Professional Services Administration tool (FinancialForce) from one instance of Salesforce.
com to the current version. More specifically, you will :
Provide Level1 Support for FinancialForce application and FinancialForce reporting requests
Document the operational process
Prepare enablement materials
Actively participate in user acceptance testing
Inventory, catalog all current reports in Micro-strategy and FinancialForce to determine if they need to be developed in the new instance.
Develop identified reports
Test new reports in Financial Force
Assist in testing changes in IPS Data warehouse due to change in source system.
2 year of experience
Basic Salesforce reporting knowledge
Basic Query knowledge
Good written and verbal communications skills and must be a strong team player
Possess a customer service mentality
Maintains a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and able to prioritize ad-hoc requests.
Ability to lead change management processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
