About the team
This role is a part of our Digital Team.
What you will be doing
Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business / user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
Documenting the requirements in form of business process flows / use cases / data mapping sheets / validation-business rules etc.
by conducting requirements gathering workshop with the customer.
Enabling the customer sign off on the above requirements artefacts and maintain requirements traceability matrix.
Propose functional solution for the customization needed for specific implementation
Supporting the development and QA team during the construction phase and Assist the customer in their testing during SIT / UAT phase.
An Individual contributor role more inclined towards the business analyst activities including assisting the customer in their testing during SIT / UAT phase and participating in defect management meeting during the SIT / UAT phase
Your work location would be based at Mohali Development Center.
What you bring :
7 to 9 years of experience as Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in Card Payment Industry.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution in the functional areas like Open / Closed loop Card Systems, Card Issuing Systems, Acquiring Platforms, POS Solutions, Digital / Mobile Payments, Dispute Management / Resolution System and Reconciliation.
Hands on experience on Transaction Processing Systems, Card Management Systems and Payment Card Industry (PCI)Security Standards.
Good knowledge of project management tools & processes like JIRA, SPIRA, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, UML and exposure to application programming, APIs and knowledge on relational database.
Professional education qualification on any of the following streams : BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech / M.sc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and you should be able to manage onsite team communications independently.
