KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (commercial office space)
  • These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
  • Research on corporates looking at starting operations / expansion through internet, news papers, cold calling and other sources
  • Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Mangers in the group
  • Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements
  • Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
  • Support Transaction Services

  • Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
  • Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions
  • Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients
  • Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
