Job DescriptionBuilding brand equity through digital marketing and will be responsible for maintaining all the social media pages for Bista Solutions , to engage more end users in Bista Solutions social pages.
Will be responsible for the growth of the fanbase.
Plan and execute all web , SEO / SEM , marketing database , email , social media and display advertising campaigns.Design , build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns , and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights , and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end - to - end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Evaluate emerging technologies , provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Optimize media and campaign costs.Draw up quarterly digital marketing calendars , coordinate with digital and Creative Agencies to execute monthly digital marketing plans.
Increase brand visibility and brand following on diverse platforms.Synchronize with the Technical , Business Development and User Experience teams to ensure complete homogeneity in every respect.
Develop and implement content calendar for all platforms.Analyze and document competitor activities.Set up viral marketing.
Desired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 4 - 5 years of marketing experience in digital marketing for a brand / or in any social media agency.
Experience in preparing a marketing strategy and more importantly , delivering on the same.Experience managing a monthly / quarterly social media calendar and delivering exceptional results.
Experience in creating and optimizing Google & ad campaigns.Experience in digital marketing , SEO , PPC , Google Adwords Campaigns and Social Media Management.
Exposure to analytical tools like Google Analytics , Netinsight , Omniture and WebTrends.,
