1. Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience with at least 2 years in a Siebel CRM implementations.
2. Expert Knowledge in the areas relevant to CRM : Sales, Marketing, Service and Call Center.
3.Thorough understanding of CRM requirements of Telecom, Retail, HiTech and / or Manufacturing domains.
4.Awareness of best practices and latest trends in the relevant industry verticals.
5.At least 2 Siebel Implementations.
6.Excellent communication, presentation and customer interaction skills.
7.Experience in proposal preparation and estimation techniques.
8. In depth knowledge of Siebel Application and a Siebel 2000 Certification is Preferred.
9. Experience / exposure to latest Siebel version is highly preferred, alongwith exposure to Web Technologies,
