Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development Executive is responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships
and offer demos convincing the contact about the product fitment.
2. The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
3. This individual must be highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to identify and develop new
business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing & market research, walk-ins
to industrial areas, Retail or wholesale database & etc.,
4. Should be proactive to follow-up with leads.
5. Must have good know-how and exposure with enterprise software solutions and working with
clients / prospects with varying size organizations.
6. Must be able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through
differences to a positive conclusion.
8. Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
9. B2C / Channel network Management, training the end users about the product.
