Performs in-house / on-field customer site servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or customer site.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products.
Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. Need to communicate with internal and external stakeholder for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair with direct / in-
direct client contact. Primary Duties &
List the fundamental duties of the position Repairing, troubleshooting, Troubleshoot Thermal CCTV cameras, hardware and software, Video Management Systems, IP Cameras, Mini dome, Fixed, PTZ, Encoders, Access control, Biometric readers and Analytics hardware as it relates to Surveillance CCTV equipment Analyze work orders, investigate complaints, conducting test and resolve problems for RMA returns -
Repair Perform preventive maintenance, stage severs / workstations, Firmware Upgrades Providing feedback of new bugs / issues uncovered during repairs for enable corrective actions.
tech support Deliver ad-hoc technical training as required to internal teams. Providing remote and on-site support in case, issues needed to be resolved at customer site through internet remotely.
Develop QA test plans and procedures and training to customers and support staff Finding local solutions to unique problems faced domestically and bringing customer delight.
Looking after in-house issues with different electrical / mechanical assets of company and resolving them Data entry, documenting Logging all queries, problems and requests in the support database Shipping, receiving, loading, unloading Receive in Demo and Credit equipment Physically receive in equipment sent in from various manufacturers from tractor trailer trucks etc.
Load and unload trucks Responsible for inventory in various locations Documenting incoming and outgoing items and maintaining data for record keeping purposes.
