Specific Responsibilities Carry out market segmentation and map the geographies for identifying the options of strategic alliances Identify strategic partners and form relationship to acquire business through them Evaluate capabilities and interest of strategic alliances Enrol them as per pre-defined process for initiating business Assist them with training and guidance to conduct business Use their resources to get business Monitor and support the business relationships and increase the ticket size Key Performance Indicators Achievement of Sales targets Product mix Persistency Customer Satisfaction Key Inter-relationships Internal Sales Executives Customer Care Executives Underwriting team RM TM ZBH Key Inter-relationships External Strategic Partners Customers & Competitors Experience 3 5 years of experience in sales in Insurance Industry (Preferably in CAB).

Experience in establishing alliances would be highly preferred Qualifications Graduate / MBA with relevant experience
