Job Description

We are seeking innovators, risk takers and relentless doers. We are looking for a talented and experienced product manager to help us lead the vision, roadmap and agile execution of our programmatic video platform for advertisers and publishers.

This is an amazing opportunity for a product thinker who is ready to be challenged and build industry-changing ad-tech products involving real time bidding, fraud and risk detection, live streaming and user experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Work with product, business, marketing, and support leads across all video SSP platform. Identify the needs to develop the next generation of video features for publishers and help implement the vision and roadmap for video SSP.

Develop product requirements and designs that address needs expressed by stakeholders from all Verizon Media Video SSP platform.

Designs should be simple, minimal, extensible, consistent with existing functionality, and easy to use.

Meet with customers, potential customers, and partners - to develop a deep understanding of their current business processes and video feature needs.

Build expertise of the current structure and dynamics of the digital video advertising industry, and develop a point of view about market trends and emerging opportunities.

Work with UX designers and engineers to continuously deliver new functionality, in a way that is seamlessly integrated into robust infrastructure and a beautiful user interface.

Job Requirements :

Must be able to demonstrate and / or describe a substantial software product that you built personally, either on the job or as a personal project, demonstrating your ability to envision, define, and execute independently.

Deep knowledge of user experience principles, and experience applying them to build usable user experiences.

Experience with experimentation, A / B testing, product prioritization and trade-offs

Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to put ideas to execution.

Proven and continued success collaborating with cross-functional groups including corporate management, engineering, client services, enterprise customers, and direct sales teams.

Exceptional and demonstrable problem-solving and design capabilities.

Experience with online advertising preferred, but not required.

Strong technical aptitude : BS or MS in technical field. MBA / Computer science degree preferred.
