Must have relevant experience & deep understanding of
Game Designing OR Product Gamification.
Should be subject matter expert in one of the following areas : "
Interactive design / UX / Usability
Analytics (Mindset & proficiency of using analytics tools)
Mobile App development
Preferred education :
Excellence score academics OR in any competitive exams
Prior experience
Direct to consumer + App based product experience is a MUST
Exposure to one of the following industries will be preferable : Gaming, Kids app, Social media, Messengers, Dating apps, product
6-10 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities & Immediate focus :
Your contribution will be measured through carefully drafted KPIs around : How long does the user interactive with the content / app in each session, How many times does the user come back to the game / app in a month.
Resources : You will lead a cross functional team including designers, artists, engineers & also partners who are working with us.
