To Deliver and ensure the Support Functions are at par with the best Industry practices.
Support with some BA exposure in Finance.
Provide support for Collateral Engine within the Commodity trade finance platform by performing various support & coordination activities in both Production & Preproduction environments.
Monitor the communication channels (mail box & phone), perform Incident Management (level 1 & level 2) by adhering the SLAs defined.
Knowledge / Working Experience with SQL Queries is Compusolry.
