Quotient Technology is growing very fast and so is our analytics team. This key role will be involved in ETL work, automating reports for leadership, and performing ad-
hoc analyses for revenue-impacting initiatives. We're looking for someone that's technically sound and unafraid to challenge themselves.
What you'll be doing :
Database Development / Programming
Implementing ETL, information integration, and applying analytics over huge structured and unstructured datasets.
Working on SQL Server design, data modeling, development, debugging and optimization
Having a good understanding of SQL Server internals and underlying hardware.
Performing SQL Server database performance tuning.
Creating and automating SQL Server reports and dashboards for business process management.
Gathering / documenting requirements from users or business leads
Developing technical solutions including analyzing, testing, and debugging issues.
Performing quantitative analysis of reports through various KPIs and translating the data into actionable insights for the clients and the senior management
Working on BI projects both at backend and in client facing roles.
Providing technical support during non-business hours as needed
What you have :
7+ years of experience performing ETL, BI, and Ad-hoc analyses using SQL Server Reporting Tools
Bachelor's Degree in computer science / mathematics / statistics / data science or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with front-end reporting tools, along with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy or Cognos
Bonus points :
Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
Prior experience with Hadoop, Hive, or other Big Data software
