To conduct and monitor approved training programs for different cadres in the sales channel in the assigned area through a team of Training Managers.
Implementation of training architecture at the regions to ensure that right learning happens which leads to desired capability and performance-
Managing Training Delivery-Create Measurable impact on productivity-Managing Training Administration
Experience into IC 33 training module.
Excellent communication skills
Any graduation is must
Good presentation skills
Basic understanding of Insurance / financial Industry
1 - 3 years insurance training experience will be preferred
Minimum Experience Level :
