Role Summary :
Responsible for leading a medium / small cross-functional product / Program Core Team of LP / PB project leaders through program planning and execution of the development of a new product / sustenance programs.
Individual works with the PM and PLs to ensure that the necessary skills and resources are effectively applied and delivering to plan.
This role leads across the Core Team to continuously integrate for predictable execution and teamwork across all functions.
Essential Responsibilities :
The position drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team.
Additionally, the Program Integrator motivates the team and drives a sense of urgency on meeting program commitments. As part of the Leadership Team, the he / she works with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.
Duties include (but are not limited to) :
Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-functional standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline & all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets
Leads the cross-functional Program Core Team to establish an integrated plan for resources & materials to deliver the new product program per the Product Program team commitment
Identifies early and solves complex & ambiguous cross-functional integration problems leading the team to deliver per Program team commitments including (but not limited to) completing functional goals, execution adjustments / iterations, process confusion, and cross-functional teamwork.
Plans, tracks & report program execution through Agile development methodologies ( Sprint planning, Release train planning )
Works with the system, subsystem / platform, supply chain, service, QA, RA, Manufacturing, Research project leaders to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features / functionality
Driving effective communication across businesses and functions through all phases of program life cycle. Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Leadership
Driving product planning, multi-generational product / platform roadmap execution and product quality initiatives.
Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery
Working closely with Product Definition team in order to drive product concept to delivery
Working with customers to solicit product feedback and leading cross-functional teams to drive customer support
Lead development of business cases for Make-Buy, Make-where & Make-what collaborating with Sourcing, Engineering, P&L, global business teams
Manages all aspects of one or more medium to large and / or complex projects / milestones from initiation through closure, Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, Estimation, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics
Manages daily activities, issue resolution & communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-
time, on-budget as-requested by customer
Strong influencing skills, ability to negotiate with project teams & stakeholders when there is a conflict.
Manage vendor relationships in area of responsibility

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify & report any quality or compliance concerns & take immediate corrective action as required
Drive compliance / closure of Regulatory & Quality requirements before approving Design Control FDRs and NPI program milestones
Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction
Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives
Qualifications / Requirements :
BE / B. Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer science / IT, or MCA
At least 8 years of relevant industry experience and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in program leadership including managing cross-
functional teams in global environments
5+ years of experience on designing and developing applications using Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC), XML, XSLT, OSGI, spring and database technologies
Strong Linux operating system knowledge and has participated in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet needs.
Experience in SDLC documentation to comply with ISO and European standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
Thorough understanding & exposure to projects executed in agile methodologies.
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget CTQs
Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization.
