The Position :
CADS has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative to join an established and very successful team. The role involves working with colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers and existing users.
The successful applicant will nurture qualified leads, demonstrate the value of our product and provide support, schedule demos, issue quotes and close the deal.
CADS has determined that the key to a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with our customers is the successful and continuous use of our products.
The ISR therefore needs to encourage customers to take advantage of bundled and additional paid training to generate the maximum value from using our products.
The detailed responsibilities involve building on CADS pre-eminent market position and industry standing as follows :
Identify customers’ requirements and assess how CADS can add value
Work with office-based colleagues to prioritise and pursue opportunities
Qualify leads and identify opportunities to sell new licences and upsell customers
Arrange effective product demos and business meetings at customer locations
Prepare the script for product demonstrations and supporting presentations
Handle objections, formulate and shape best fit proposals and price quotations
Follow up, negotiate and close sales orders of new product licences and upgrades
Document all activities in CRM
Participate in the development of sales forecasts and sales meetings
Support the Product Manager with shaping and prioritising the development plan
Required Skills :
Appropriate degree or equivalent expertise accumulated through relevant training and experience
At least 2 years’ experience with similar business responsibilities, preferably in software product sales
Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
Must be proficient in speaking Hindi.
Good problem-solving skills and motivation to handle new tasks
Must have excellent communication skills in English
Must have excellent inter-personal, and organisational skills
