2. Incident Management :
Change Management Coordinate and conduct weekly meetings with Change advisory board (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes
Prepares Change Summary Sheet that summarizes all RFCs.
Ensure all major changes are approved by Technical Review Board (TRB) and minor changes by Change Review Board
Tracks and follows-up on closure of Change tickets.
Carry out Post Change Review & Failed Change Analysis.
Manage Stakeholder communication for all the changes.
Problem Management Regular interlock with SOC team to Track the Problems tickets.
Regular review of open Problem Tickets & open RCA's.
RCA Discussion & closure with client team.
Plan change to fix major problems before they lead to incidents.
