TITLE : Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales)POSITION SUMMARY : The primary role of the Business Development Specialist is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, using social media tools and all other means of generating interest from potential clients.
They must then plan persuasive approaches with pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
They must develop a rapport with new clients, present the company’s capabilities, qualify customers by gaining an in depth understanding of potential client business challenges and how we can address them.
The role will work within the Sales Team to develop a pipeline of new business that will result in demonstrations of our Company’s solutions and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Cold calling for IT Staffing and consulting services.- Prospect for new clients and develop qualified leads for the Sales Team-
Cold call within your market or geographic area and convert them to a robust pipeline of opportunities- Research and build relationships with new potential clients-
Create engaging email and call approaches to identify new potential customers- Work with team and provide needs assessment that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives-
Persuade clients of different market segments by using a variety of styles and negotiate appropriately- Ability to work independently and make high number cold callsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : -
Excellent English communication skills.- 1-3 years of Sales experience with US IT Company is preferred (new college graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)-
University degree in Business Administration ,Commerce or Marketing (preferred)- Experience working with CRM Sales forces or any other application is nice to have.
