The role is located in VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India) Punewithin the Project EVO, responsible for providing shared services to operating companies throughout the Vodafone group using SAP applications.

The resource will provide consulting anddevelopment from a functional perspective in regards with the CBM rollout projects

Key Objectives :

  • The resource willprovide consulting and development from a functional perspective in regards with CBM rollout projects.
  • Analysis of business requirements.
  • Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
  • Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
  • Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
  • The MM / WM consultant should also possesssound knowledge in SAP core areas of Warehouse management & Materials Management like Purchasing, Contract, Release Procedures, Special Procurements, Valuation and various activities involved in Material movements, Materials Planning, etc.

    SAP SRM skills are an added plus

    Impact on the Business

    The resource will provide consulting and development from a functional perspective in regards with the CBM rollout projects.

    Analysis of business requirements.

    Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)

    Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

    Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.

    Customers, Suppliers and Third Parties

    Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required

    Provide detailed transactional information tointernal and external auditors as required

    Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available

    Establish good relationships with stakeholders throughoutthe Vodafone operating companies

    Work with incumbent SI partners to report and resolve any in-scope development related errors with the HR processes.

    Work with HR data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities

    Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for MM / SRM development tasks

    Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for MM / SRM development tasks

    Maintain process documentation for MM / SRM processes & tasks

    Able to take an issue, thenplan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.

    Identifies and escalatesissues and risks within project structure.

    Able to receive feedback / coaching on performance fromother members of the team positively.

    Desired

    Atleast 6-8 years in an MM / WM consultant role in an SAP environment / client
