Job Description

We have the following vacancy (For this position, some experience in working for start-up organisations and setting up systems,processes & operations is desirable) :

Manager-TA : Responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment practice, policy and procedures to support the development of high performing teams.

We are looking for MBAs / Post-Graduates with 2-6 years experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast growing service organisation.

  • Must be Confident, articulate and have clear communication skills with all level of employees to develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments, job Interviewing Skills, Social Media Knowledge.
  • Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to produce quality output within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Must have adequate experience in recruiting for blue-collar jobs.
