Description Primary responsibility would be to call the Top Management of Companies and explain about the SMS, Voice, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services we provide.
Handling Sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.
Find prospective customers and generating new leads (B2B & B2C) through Internet or any other medias.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Pay Scale As per the industry Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduates with excellent communication (English & Hindi), presentation, and relationship building and negotiation skills.
Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability.
The candidate should be Enthusiastic & energetic with a go getting spirit. Presentation & Communication skill should be outstanding.
Ability to handle sales enquiries independently.
Candidates having IT / BPO / Call Center / Corporate Sale experience is most preferable (Confident Freshers can also apply)
Preference will be given to those who can speak more regional language.
