JOB SUMMARY :
Ultrasound technologist to perform diagnostic breast ultrasound imaging, assist with ultrasound
guided interventional procedures and assist radiologists with complete imaging work up.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Certified technologist with ARDMS or ARRT technologist with advanced certification in
Breast Ultrasound, or registry eligible, meeting ultrasound physics and clinical experience
requirements.Prefer additional or willingness to obtain certification in mammography.
Two years of diagnostic breast imaging experience preferred under the supervision
of radiologists to successfully correlate mammographypositioning, breast abnormality
identification, and breast anatomy.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
