Drive Employee Engagement activities in thebranch
Thorough knowledge of daily bankingoperations and products and
Timely communication of relevantinformation to the Branch employees
for the smooth functioning of the Branch
Ensure timely escalation of issuesimpacting business and appropriate
solutions to address the concerns
Ensure comprehensive compliance with allregulatory and statutory
requirements as relevant for the branch andfor various product and
Ensure safety and security of Bank andcustomer's assets
Ensure Audit related deliverables bothinternal and external are met as
per the prescribed norms
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
Staff Training on various products, newinitiatives, circulars etc on a monthly basis.
Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales,Relationship & BSD
to be reviewed at every interval.
Accountable for the day to day smooth & errorfree functioning of the functions / duties associated with in all clusterBranch Operations -
Customer Service, Operations Risk management and Audit / Compliance & Control framework for the respective Cluster Branches
Tobe the primary auditor & controller to the extent of reviewing, tracking,monitoring & self-auditing the various records in the respective branch arehappening thereby ensuring that the branch is fully compliant with all rules,processes & guidelines of Yes Bank & the Applicable StatutoryRegulations.
Effectively Support Branch Audits by Internal, External,Concurrent, and Statutory & RBI auditors.
Ensurethat process controls are adhered to and testing of controls, monitoring andreporting of the key operational risk items pertaining to branch.
Managecustomer escalations, customer grievance redressal. Complaint management andresponse.
Maintainhighest levels of discipline (punctuality, attendance, grooming standards etc)in the office;
ManageLocal Vendors / agency relationships to ensure smooth execution of transaction.
DriveOverall cost & expense management initiatives.
Mustbe thorough with banking processes, regulations & guidelines across retail& corporate product sets.
Playan active role in new products, processes, systems roll out. Comply with bankpolicies and procedures to ensure safety and security of bank's and customer'sassets
Provideassistance and act as a support function towards New branch launches.
Age : Minimum 28 years to 36 years.
Minimum 2 years of experience as branch manager.
Confident / Effective communication with topmanagement
Knowledge of core banking systems, branchoperations, asset products including agri / psl lending.
Maintain relationship with other BU’s.
Takes ownership / Self-motivated

Effectively leverages prior experience.
