Act as an HR interface with the business leadershipcommunity and be responsible for leading and supporting the people agenda forone / multiple Service Lines within Vodafone Shared Services India .
Role will berequired to support teams across multiple locations and pro-actively bring tolife the VSSI People Strategy.
HR BusinessPartnering for one / multiple Service Lines of 500-600 employees within VSSI
People Plan forthe respective service lines, VPS Action Plans, Talent Management. Spans &layers, APD / ASR process implementation, L&D initiatives, manpowerforecasting and talent refresh
End to enddelivery of HR services to the respective Service Lines, in collaboration withCOEs and HR Shared Services
Work with HeadHRBP, Management, Leadership team to establish a people agenda / planning whichsupports the delivery of the business goals and drives employee engagement
Drives the HRagenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped andable to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements
Provide relevantinputs to the Head HR BP to design effective retention interventions at site toeffectively control attrition
Partner withbusiness to plan and execute VPS actions and next steps
Conduct HR pulse / HR connects to understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans toaddress concerns. Counsel employees & line management regarding HRpolicies, programs, and practices.
Proactivelyassists the HR Business Partner&COEinterfaces to ensure a seamlessexperience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees.
Identify trainingneeds and coordinate with the L&D team for construction of appropriatetraining modules.
Assist the HeadHR BP & CoEs to deliver culture building interventions
Regular meetingswith senior management and team managers to understand business requirements onpeople agenda front
Close interfacewith COEs to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes.
Assist the HeadHR BP in evaluating & designing People practices to provide an enhancedvalue offering to the Customer Operations business
Drive specificinitiatives / projects across theServiceLine / s on a need basis
Strong ongoingengagement with Leadership Team, COEs, HR Shared Services, and Group HRBPcounterparts (where required)
Formulate anddrive the people agenda along with the leaders.
Bring innovationto change the employee experience around the HR touch points.
Evaluate&improvise existing practices to offer enhanced HR Service delivery to business
8-10 years of overallexperience, At least 4-5 years in HR Business Partnering role.
MBA from a tier 1 business school
Strong on HR concepts
Incumbents must possess a willingness to take ownership of criticaltasks in scope.
Ability to demonstrategood judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
Strong on stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication
