The Information Management Solutions (IMS) Division of MSA provides intelligent information-based solutions to leading Global Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry that support more efficient business processes and that identify and measure sales growth opportunities.

how. This position will oversee and take responsibility for delivery of big data and BI projects supported by a team of 150+ based resources in Hyderabad.
The identified candidate will ensure the continued success and improvement of projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
Serve as a conduit for communication between client and the project teams on critical questions, new projects etc.
Assist in overseeing the deliverables from project teams including monitoring status, understanding challenges and discussing potential improvements
Understand issues being faced by the project teams and assist in providing guidance to solve them. Will reach out to VP Offshore delivery, for any help required.
Assist VP offshore in capacity planning and resource allocation for new projects
Works in conjunction with VP off-shore for timely and effective delivery of all deliverables from the project teams
Review and help enhance processes to reduce delivery time and costs
Provide the project team with a business understanding of the data from a client’s perspective to make their efforts more efficient
Co-ordinate with the offshore and onsite teams for the hardware requirements in both existing and new projects
Participate in implementation status calls with the onsite team for each new project on a weekly basis
Responsible for addressing employee issues if any, and evaluate and appraise the direct reports
Co-ordinate with HR on any new hiring needs for client teams
Co-ordinate with the Finance team in creating and reviewing monthly invoices for client
Participate in any client calls on an as needed basis
Travel onsite to client location if required
Participate in sales efforts on an as needed basis including contributing to Proposals with off-shore component
Assist and / or oversee coordination of implementation of any new process between offshore and onsite teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (B. Tech) preferably with an MBA
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in the data management domain and strong experience in :
Customer / Account Management
Experience with Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence technology and tools (Tableau, BOBJ, Cognos, AWS, Azure, etc.,)
Consumer Packaged Goods / FMCG domain experience is an added advantage
Effective leadership with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Selected candidate must be able to travel to U.S. periodically and spend 3 months in U.S. during on-boarding
