Job Description

The role is to manage the accounts in the India and APAC region and to up-sell the product offering of the company. The candidate would own a portfolio of 20+ strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.

The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for :

  • Owning a portfolio of 20+ strategic accounts to the size of $3M in the APAC region
  • Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering
  • Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness
  • Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients
  • Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors
  • The Successful Applicant

    The candidate would report to the Global Head for Customer Success and should have / be :

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, sales
  • Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side
  • Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
  • Good experience in managing strategic / global accounts
