Execute business analysis task in all required project related tasks across the full project life cycle. This will normally include but is not limited to understanding, analysing and documenting business problems, using techniques to define root causes, analysing the as is and to be pictures and suggesting and implementing solutions and or visions / recommendations as appropriate.
Gathering, defining, agreeing and documenting requirements to ensure traceability and favourable project control
Maintain all project documentation to required internal standards.
Effective project risk management
Identify, verify and translate customer requirements into functional design specifications
Highlight gaps in existing Global Xpend functionality and review requirements with key stakeholders
Develop design specifications in order to estimate cost, time and resources required to deliver solution changes
Coordinate the approval of change requests including impact assessments & prioritization via weekly change board
Communicate status and schedule changes to all stakeholders and prepare teams for change implementation
Develop payment transparency expertise by building an in-depth understanding of country specific requirements
Develop and implement detailed process designs including process flows and standard operating procedures
Validate & test releases into the production environment through system, regression, and user acceptance testing
Document the final status of the change.
Ensure tracking of the change in all its change life-cycle using the Service Now’ tool.
Degree or Qualification in Finance / Business related with internal controls, IT and processes Excellent English language skills Proven track record of experience in finance processes, systems or compliance Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems as well as CRM systems Solid understanding of databases and systems Excellent Excel skills and good Power-
