We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to be part of the Sales Operations team. Sales Operations is responsible for driving success of Enphase’s sales and marketing programs for customers worldwide.
As a member of the sales operations team, your position plays a key role in the sales operations organization, providing hands-
on tactical execution support to sales and direct customers. This position includes a highly analytical penchant, and will require data management to ensure data is clean and accurate to track progress towards goals and develop solutions that improve customer experience, drive sales and improve internal processes.
This position also executes demand planning, coordinating alignment of supply and demand for all products including new product introduction.
This position reports to the WW Director of Sales Operations.
What you can look forward to :
Quarterly Business Review Automation. The current process is manually intensive and not scalable. This requires an understanding of business intelligence toolsets and the ability to interface reporting platforms such as Tableau and Qlikview into powerpoint.
DataMart Evolution. The building of a data warehouse is in process but stalled. This position will validate the requirements, user acceptance testing, and complete the DataMart project.
Rebate database / calculations. A current prototype is in place but needs further refinement.
Current quarter point of sale rebate estimates. Current process specific to program payouts needs improvement.
Sales Incentive Compensation further automation needed. This is a WW function and current process has some automation.
Compensation plans / commission statements / commission incentive management file need automation.
SFDC reporting and administration. Additional capacity is needed in order to fully maximize use of SFDC. This includes building new reports and an intermediate level of administration activities.
Point of sale weekly reporting needs further automation.
Sales Demand Meeting decks are currently manually intensive. This position will develop a consistent prototype worldwide.
Market Intelligence reporting. This involves integrating external data reporting into internal data reporting mechanisms.
Weekly Sales target reporting. Further automation needed.
Opex tracking mechanism needed. Current process is manually intensive and needs to drill down to micro level from the current macro level roll-up level..
What you will typically need to do it well :
5+ years sales operations, financial, and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-
tiered channel environments
Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-
driven insight seeking and decision-making
Organized with strong work ethic
Ability to work productively and independently in a dynamic, face paced and constantly changing environment
Adept at balancing intense short term pressures with overall long term goals
Advanced skills with Excel and data manipulation. QlikView, Tableau, and SFDC experience preferred
Supremely organized and demonstrate attention to detail
You are more than a little computer literate : Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred
Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers
User of web based tools for processing data and analyzing results
Resourceful in problem solving and working with other team members
