As a Search Marketing Specialist , you will Manage the entire Search Marketing function Paid and Organic. The job entails formulating strategies, executing it, measuring performance and using advanced analytics to refine and scale.
The role will eventually grow from just Search Marketing to an overall digital marketing across all channels.
What you will do :
Planning, developing and executing digital ad campaigns on Ad Words Search, Display and YouTube.
Owning the entire Search Engine Optimisation for the Company and driving organic sales.
Supporting the existing team to execute Paid Social Media campaigns.
Monitoring daily campaign performance and make optimisations across audiences, copy, assets and ad units.
Developing a regular cadence to refresh content.
Thinking creatively about campaign and content deployment and working with in-house content team to deliver the right assets for the same.
Owning the budgeting and ROI of the all the Paid Marketing Channels that are assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have;
1-2 years of relevant experience in Digital / Performance Marketing at scale.
Hands on experience in Planning, Executing and Optimising Campaigns on Google Adwords.
Hands on and proven experience on Search Engine Optimisation.
Understanding of conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation of various Ad Networks.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, web metrics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data to come up with actionable insights.
Strong command Ms. Excel and number crunching acumen.
Must have Google Adwords Certification
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Familiarity with A / B and multivariate experiments
