â€¢Responsible for handling requirements from US based Clients.
â€¢Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US including delivery.
â€¢Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
â€¢Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements.
â€¢Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
â€¢Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Desired candidate profile :
â€¢Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
â€¢Familiar with different US Tax terms.
â€¢Experience recruiting from various domains.
â€¢Experience in VMS / Direct client based US Recruiting.
â€¢Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.
â€¢Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
â€¢Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
â€¢Good understanding of both domains based and technology based recruiting.
â€¢Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Career builder, free job boards, user groups, associations, phone lists, and other tools and technology resources.
