Role Brief - As we build on the foundation of our young organization to drive the next phase of growth, we are looking to on-

board a select few individuals who above all, have a growth-mindset couple with the ambition to play high-impact market-facing roles, now!

Along with high-energy and a can-do attitude, individuals applying for this role must have high accountability and a keen sense of ownership to assume charge of situations and operate with complete empowerment in driving world-

class outcomes for our clients. You will be aligned to drive growth & world class customer experience within our existing customers and / or will be responsible to partner with our new business development teams in driving the client acquisition effort.

While the primary focus will be to drive growth, individuals in this role will have a major stake in the overall delivery governance of the portfolio in their charge in close-

collaboration with the delivery organization.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technology services firm in one more of the following roles - account manager / practice sales / pre-
  • sales / solution design / customer-facing project / program management

  • Should have anchored or led sales pursuits and be extremely well versed with the nuances of a technology sales process, including pricing or commercials of a deal
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) to clearly articulate and present ideas / concepts
  • Proficiency with MS excel, MS PowerPoint and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills, esp. the ability to frame the problem statement accurately, along with its context and success criteria
  • Good understanding of the technology space along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve
  • Preferred, Not Essential

  • Exposure to software project governance models
  • Aappreciation of project and / or program management concepts, ideally through hands-on experience
  • Client stakeholder management experience, ideally within US / Europe regions
  • Range of Experience

  • Total experience of 5 to 12 years (multiple roles based on experience level)
  • Minimum 3 years, post-MBA in a related industry
  • Education Qualifications

  • MBA (equivalent) from Tier-1 / 2 B-school + technical graduate qualification (preferred, not essential)
