We require a UI / UX Developer to join our team in Vadodara, India, who can convert complex business functionalities and work flows into very intuitive user interface and give seamless user experience for the enterprise level product.

This role will be measured by the following criteria : 85% of working hours to be billable; delivery of high quality product in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System

In general, travel to the UK could be one visit every 2 years. This can be at short notice and this frequency is not guaranteed as all travel is based on a clear business or project requirement.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Carry out the systems user interface and experience design for enterprise scale project.
  • Showcase and prototype creative ideas that can weave ease into interface design to give lasting experience for end users
  • Draw wireframes and mockups to clearly communicate design ideas to technical team
  • Narrate and explain designs to business users and stakeholders
  • Assess design impact and provide accurate effort estimates for new designs and changes into existing system
  • Take responsibility for the overall UI / UD design of a solution and ensure that all work on the project conforms to this interface design
  • Comply with CIVICA technical standards, best practice and other regulatory / external standards
  • Take part in review of own work and lead reviews of colleagues’ work
  • Write clear and concise project documentation
  • Contribute to the further technical progression of CIVICA
  • Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for enterprise sized projects
  • Contribute to the selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements
  • Verify that deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate commercial judgement
  • Communicate and / or present concepts and ideas to clients
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Work within timescales and costs set by the Project Manager
  • Volunteer for assignments, support and other CIVICA functions
  • Carry out prompt and accurate timesheet logging
  • Assist in encouraging technical best practice within CIVICA outside your project team
  • Ensure project delivery to timescale and cost
  • Required Skills

  • Design Certification from authorized design institute
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with enterprise product design
  • Must share design portfolio of the work done independently
  • Fluent in spoken English and able to take part in meetings and discussions
  • Proactive personality and able to work autonomously
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Good team player

  • Work experience with large enterprise team and project
  • The ability to work to agreed deadlines
  • Ability to work at detailed and abstract levels
