Client Reporting, Performance - S3 Assists in collecting client portfolio performance data and may assist in the creation of reports using the collected data.
Acts as an escalation point for clients after they have engaged with lower level support staff. Produces more complicated data sets for examination by Client Reporting and Performance staff Analyzes client portfolio performance data, identifies patterns.
Ensures client issues are answered to directed to the proper point of escalation. Provides solutions to problems in atypical or infrequently occurring situations based on practice and existing precedents or procedures.
No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance support staff, as needed. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
High school / secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
2-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
