1-Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

2-Organizing and maintaining files and records

3-Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

4-Managing projects.

5-Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

6-Making travel and guest arrangements

7-Providing quality customer service

8-Working in a professional environment

9-Well versed in making report and presentation.

10-Technical sound in AC,DG,UPS,Access control etc.

11-Vendor Management, Facility Management & Transport Management etc.

Candidate Profile :

1-Candidate should be graduate.

2-candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in Admin profile.

3-Should have knowledge in excel and ppt presentation

4-Male candidates are preferred for this position.

5-Age should be below 30 years.
