In this exciting role you will join a growing team of Sales professionals who work closely with Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and delivery teams.
Coming from a strong Field Sales background in the Telecommunications industry you will be responsible for sales of Consulting Services to CSPs in the SAGE and North Asia regions.
We are searching for a Sales Leader who is ambitious and self-motivated to find new deals and bring in new business. Experience in services sales, contacts in telco or Cable / MSO IT departments and knowledge of OSS / BSS products are a must.

The ability to hunt for new opportunities and grow the Sales pipeline is a must for this position. You will work with experienced architects and delivery professionals to support you.
Develop and manage sales strategy to drive new consulting bookings and revenue in SAGE and North Asia. Exercise judgment and business acumen when working with customer executives to address their unique business challenges through Oracle applications and solutions.
Develop your relationship as a trusted advisor to the customer, serving as the main point of contact, for communications through the sales process.
Influence key decision makers who may affect sales outcomes. Maintain an on-going relationship with the customer following the initial sale to identify additional opportunities that extend Oracle’s footprint.
Work with partners, alliances, license sales, and other internal Oracle organizations.
Ability to travel as required.
Existing C-Level relationships with Telcos or Cable MSOs in the region is highly desirable.

Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.
Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.
