Description

Channel Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for

providing remote sales operations support for the BMC Sales Ecosystem

across all regions around the globe. Supporting a variety of channel partner types including distributors,

value-added re-sellers & DMR’s, Market-zone and TAP partners. Main

responsibilities will include managing to close all Partner agreement requests,

updating SFDC and back office systems to ensure BMC Partners can transact

successfully with BMC and engage with the BMC partner program benefits. The objectives for this role will be to ensure high quality

service delivery, improve transaction velocity, and drive automation and

optimization in day-to-day work along with increased coverage of our partner

sales team.

Interacts with BMC Channel Operations Analysts, BMC Channel Sales and

other internal BMC teams in support of new channel opportunities.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following : ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following : Partner agreements : Fulfill incoming standard partner agreement requests received daily, to include the complete drafting and execution for over 7 different types partner agreements and system set up and updates for new and existing partners.

Partner contract reporting : Create and publish the Partner contract report daily to communicate executed agreements

Partner Compliance : Initiate compliance process and provide first line review for Partner compliance program. Identify submitted questionnaires to be escalated for further review to BMC Compliance team.

Partner Incentive payments : submit accurate partner incentive payments utilizing Oracle, able to and meet specific submission deadlines respond and research partner payment inquiries.

Deal Registration review : Provide additional support to deal registration review team as needed, which will require knowledge of the BMC Deal Registration program and how to review in SFDC submitted leads.

Partner Contract database audits : Conduct regular audits of contract data to insure completeness and accuracy.

Coordinate and communicate regularly with Channel Sales Managers in support of their sales objectives.

Develop, maintain, document, and improve processes and ensure sustainable, high quality deliverables.

Recommend ways to improve processes with internal tools, documentation and technology to make daily work flow stable and error-free.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work UK hours.Strong IT skills, including high levels of proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

CRM / SFDC reporting knowledge, Oracle skill are a plusAble to communicate effectively and work successfully as a member of a virtual worldwide team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.

Ability to meet timelines and prioritize business needsPassion for new ideas and demonstrate out of the box thinking.Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision.
