We are looking for an experienced Senior soft skills trainer- You will identify training and developmental needs across the organization and drive suitable training programs / initiatives that upskill and promote better employee performances and morale.
Work with Functional Department heads, HR, L&D Manager to produce plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary.
Design training courses and programs necessary to meet soft skills training needs.
Train, assess and implement activities to effect improvement in E-mail writing skills and grammar, Presentation training, People management (Teaming, Collaboration) training for junior, mid level managers and other behaviour training.
Adhere to internal quality standards set by Verticurl
Liaise with stakeholders to identify training gaps and conduct effectiveness assessments
Deploy a wide variety of training methods to adapt to the dynamic work environment
Resolve any specific problems relating to administering training programs and tailor them accordingly to suit business requirements
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Key Skills :
8-10 years’ experience as a trainer out of which at least 4 years’ experience as a corporate trainer
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and documentation skills to devise training manuals
Be a good team player
