Back / Trade-In programs with e-commerce, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and offline retailers like Samsung, Snapdeal, Amazon, Croma Retail and HP etc.

As the Recruiter , you will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle - JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination and offer closure.

What you will do :

  • Leveraging all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Understanding job description and job specifications and accordingly drafting a JD
  • Building and maintaining network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Elevating the candidate's experience by adopting white glove service method
  • Tracking metrics and using data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
  • Following up with prospective candidates, scheduling interviews and managing the interview process
  • Coordinating all recruitment-related internal and external communication
  • Taking accountability for the overall success of the Recruitment team
  • Creating effective employer branding within the organization
  • Cultivating relationships with all candidates for future job openings
  • Running technical sourcing campaigns
  • Following up with the interview panel to manage candidate feedback / selection
  • Following up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining
  • Working towards targets and closing open positions as per the agreed TAT and SLAs
  • Salary : INR 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.

    What you need to know / have :

  • Candidates with 2-3 years of hardcore Recruitment experience preferably from
  • Gurgaon

  • Experience in Technical hiring / a candidate with an Engineering background is preferred
  • Experience of having worked with a startup is a great plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Education : UG -B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization
