Job Summary

As the Software Engineering Manager for Customer Systems, you will be responsible for leading the India development team in a fast-

paced and demanding applications development environment. You will lead improvements to Apple’s customer support applications & services and drive changes to optimize development processes with the goal of creating world-

class integrated solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for design and development delivery of innovative software solutions leveraging leading edge technologies.

Our ideal candidate has in-depth experience in developing AppleCare customer support solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading delivery with geographically distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing customer support solutions with integrations to multi-channel interactions, SAP back-
  • end, services management, learning, communications, content and knowledge-base solutions

  • Experience in building and leading high performance software development teams
  • Experience building web and native macOS apps and REST services with Java, Javascript, Cocoa, Oracle, MongoDB tech stack
  • Customer focused, results-oriented, persistent, and meticulous
  • Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management in a global setting
  • Adept at managing a variety of responsibilities and high volume of information
  • Institutionalize best practices for software development using continuous integration standards to ensure consistent delivery of quality application solutions

    Bachelor of Science in CS or equivalent + 12 years of related experience.
