This person uses their statistics and analytics knowledge to inform operational models by developing forecasts for different contact types, languages, and regions.
They work across departments and partners in our global organization to understand and incorporate product and business initiatives in their analysis.
This role is part of EA’s Customer Experience organization. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players.
